• Only children over 12 years old are allowed.

All reservations must be pre-paid as indicated by our reservations department, using any of the following ways: Charge authorization, credit card, for which you must attach a copy of the card and the identification of the additional guest cardholder.

• Shared room for driver and guide.
• 4 to 7 rooms pay: service charge of $35+taxes. • From 8 paying rooms onwards: 1 courtesy room.
Cancellation for groups
High season
• From Dec. 15, January, Feb., March, April, June, July, August and Holy Week. 30 days before check-in without penalty or charge.
• From 29 days to 15 days before check-in: 50% charge.
• From 14 days to 7 days before check-in: 75% charge.
• Less than 6 days before check-in and no show: 100% of the reservation charge.

• May, September, October, November to December 14.
• 15 days before check-in without penalty or charge.
